  • Prime before class → Understand purpose of lecture
  • Take only useful notes → Capture what adds value

2. Retrieval:

• Pulling learned information from memory when needed
  • Active Recall → Test yourself from memory without looking
    • Blurting → Memorize
    • Feynman → Understand
    • Problems → Apply
      • Math/Problem Solving → Solve problems without looking at the solution

3. Preserve:

• Keeping learned information
  • Spaced repetition → Preserve knowledge internally
  • Second Brain → Preserve knowledge externally
